The Cleansing Blend

Late last year I made the decision to start replacing all the toxic filled every day things I use with natural, safe alternatives.  I had already been introduced to essential oils and had started using them so I decided to really dive in and learn about how I use them to help me eliminate the bad things in my life.   Every week I pick one bottle to learn about. This week it’s a blend of amazing oils to make the Cleansing Blend .

The Cleansing Blend has a fresh, airy, herbal smell to it.  It is refreshing and replaces unpleasant odors and clears the air.   It also can protect against environmental threats.

This blend is made up of the following oil.  Lemon Peel, Lime Peel, Siberian Fir Needle, Austrian Fir Needle, Citronella Grass, Melaleuca Leaf, and Cilantro Herb Essential oils.

This is a very uplifting blend since it has many of the citrus oils in it.  You can diffuse it to purify the air.  You can use it to freshen your car by putting it on a cotton ball and putting it in your air vent.  You can add 5 drops to a small spray bottle, mix with water, and wipe down counters with it. And you can add a few drops to your laundry in rinse cycle to help eliminate odors.

This blend can be used aromatically or topically with a carrier oil.

I recently purchased a futon couch/bed from someone I didn’t know and although when we picked it up the house didn’t smell and was very clean when we got it home it had a distinctly different smell from ours.  After diffusing purify in the room the next day you couldn’t tell at all. I’ve also added this to my laundry this week and it comes out smelling amazingly fresh.

If you are interested in trying this let me know. I would be more than happy to send you some information on it.
