I can’t believe it is already July and the time has just flew by. It’s been about two months since I’ve actually giving any attention to this blog. It’s not that I haven’t been writing I just haven’t been collectively keeping it in one place. I’ve learned that I like to keep my messages short and to the point. Rambling loses the eyes and then the message doesn’t get through.
Previously I wrote in the mornings and now I’ve taken to lifting weights in that time frame so that is one reason why this blog has grown cold and lonely. Maybe I can work out a schedule to accommodate both.
In the last two months my fitness and health goals have been really doing great. With it I’ve lost some momentum in other areas but it is really hard to focus in too many areas and still succeed at them . I keep hoping I’ll fall into a groove and things will all fall into place but then I remind myself that you only fall into the groove you want if you take the time to put the pieces in place. So here I am putting this piece back into its rightful place.
My morning routine has changed some but it hasn’t gone away. Some days I nurture my mind and some days I nurture my body. Both are so important. Ever day I am grateful for waking up and the chance to nurture anything. Some aren’t as lucky as I am.
It’s time to decide what kind of message I’m going to give today. I’ve been down for over a week with a hell of a cold/upper respiratory virus and coming back after it has just been so hard. I’m ready to make it happen though. Today, is going to be way better than yesterday. Yeah, that will be my message.
I have a week full of Skyrobics Classes which raises my enthusiasm for fitness so much as I love teaching them. The energy, the momentum the class has. It’s all so amazing! I may have been down but I’m sure not out. Let’s see what this week brings.
